You may not know it, but a kids lemonade stand is a business just like any other, and is therefore subject to the same legal restrictions. You need a permit, and if a kid doesn't have one they can be shut down, and it happens more than you think.
Just a few weeks ago, a stand was shut down in Denver after an adult vendor complained. He was selling Lemonade for $7 a cup across the street.
There are dozens of other cases in states all across America, but one lemonade company is taking a stand.
