Take the time to do a google search, friend them on facebook or even look them up on any number of free services that background check your potential match.
You might be surprised what you find. They could have a criminal history. Maybe you could forgive petty theft, but you’d want to know if they were a sex offender or had a history of violent crime.

Debbie Dujanovic moved to KSL-TV in 2000, where she reported on the morning show and later was named the station's investigative reporter. In 2009, she left KSL to become the spokesperson for the FBI Salt Lake City Division.
